What are the Rules of Play at Paw Country?

For the safety and enjoyment of everyone, we ask all guests to read our park rules before visiting. You can find them on our Rules of Play page.

What are the prices for park rentals?

We offer flexible options for everyone! Please see our Pricing page for a full breakdown of membership options, benefits, and drop-in rates.

What is your park booking cancellation policy?

We understand plans can change! If you cancel your booking two or more hours before your scheduled time, the booking credit will be returned to your account for future use. What do I do when I arrive for my booking?

Great question! When you get to Paw Country:

  • Park in a designated spot and please wait in your car until your scheduled time begins.

  • Check your booking confirmation for the name and number of the park you booked.

  • If there’s an “Occupied” sign on the gate, someone is still finishing up. Please wait patiently and give them room to leave the park without dog interactions.

  • If the park is free, head in and flip over the "Occupied" sign at the park entrance gate.

  • Enjoy your private park time! Please plan to have your pup(s) rounded up and ready to leave a couple minutes before the end of your booking to allow time for the next guests to enter the park.

  • Don't forget to flip over the “Occupied” sign when you leave.

What is the maximum number of dogs allowed?

Each private park booking allows for a maximum of 5 dogs. If you're planning an event or are a professional dog walker with 1-10 dogs contact us for details and pricing.

When are the dog parks open?

We are open to book online every day of the year from sunrise to sunset! All bookings must be done online - at least one hour before the start time. The main front entrance gate into Paw Country will be closed if there are no park bookings and will open 15min before the start of a park booking and close 30min after. Occasionally, a park may be closed for maintenance, which will be reflected in the booking calendar.

What do you have for privacy in between the dog parks?

There is 18ft of space in between the fence lines of each of the 2-3 acre dog parks.  Currently we have 3 complete 5ft separate privacy walls in between parks 3/4 and 4/5 and 5/6. So right now for full privacy you can book: Woof and Roll, Zoomie Doggie Racetrack and Stumps and Jumps. In the meantime when you book a park without full privacy walls the full 2-3 acre dog park directly beside yours will be empty.

Paw Country Memberships

Have other questions not listed?

Do my monthly membership bookings roll over if I don't use them?

No, the 4 one-hour or 6 thirty-minute park bookings included in your monthly membership do not carry over into your next billing cycle. Your billing cycle begins on the day you start your membership (you can pick the day!) and your monthly park passes included with your membership reset on the date of your billing cycle.

How do I cancel my membership?

We require 30 days’ notice to cancel a membership. There is no cancellation fee.

How does freezing a membership work?

You have two options if you would like to freeze your membership once per year for up to 3 consecutive months. We require 30 days’ notice, and there is no fee to freeze.

Option 1: Full Freeze. While your membership is frozen you can book the parks at the regular non-member rates.

Option 2: Give to Local Shelter Dogs. Your monthly membership fee is reduced to 50% (half) and your allocated membership dog park passes are donated to local shelter dogs to enjoy. You can still book dog park passes at your discounted member rate. We support KCS Animal Rescue Society in Crossfield, BARC's Rescue in Airdrie and Pause4Change in Calgary.
